Virio Agency Terms of Use

1. Who offers the service

Latitude Zero Studios LTDA, CNPJ 63.297.891/0001-00, based in Curitiba/PR, Brazil ("Virio", "we"). Contact: virio@virio.com.br.

2. The service

Virio Agency is a management system for advertising and marketing agencies: records, CRM, client service, proposals and contracts, jobs and schedule, approvals, hours, cost and profitability, production and offline media.

The service is in pre-launch: access is opened gradually and features may change. We give notice inside the system before changes that affect use.

3. Account, workspace and access

You sign in with your e-mail and a code sent to it. You are responsible for keeping the e-mail secure and for what is done with your account.

Each agency uses a workspace. Whoever creates the workspace is the owner and decides who joins, with which role (owner, admin, member or guest) and which permission per module.

You must be 18 or older and authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of the agency.

4. Plans, trial and billing

Pricing is by team band, counted by the month's peak of active people: Studio (up to 5), Agency (up to 12), Agency+ (up to 25), Network (up to 50) and, above that, by custom proposal. Prices are on the Pricing page. Clients, approvers and freelancers invited with restricted access do not count.

Every new workspace has a 14-day trial with every module. Without a subscription, it becomes read-only for 30 days (see and export, no changes) and is then locked: you can only subscribe, export the data or delete the workspace.

If the month's peak goes past the band limit, the band goes up the following month, with notice first. Adding a person is never blocked because of the band.

Once billing is active, the subscription renews until cancelled. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period, with no pro-rata refund. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You may not: use the service for illegal purposes; upload content that infringes third-party rights; try to access another workspace's data; bypass limits, permissions or security measures; overload the service through automation; or resell access without authorization.

We may suspend access that puts the service, other customers or third parties at risk, notifying the workspace owner whenever possible.

6. Data of the agency and its clients

The data the agency puts in the workspace (clients, contacts, people, costs, hours, documents and files) belongs to the agency. For that data, the agency is the controller and Latitude Zero Studios is the processor, handling it only to provide the service, under Brazilian Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD) and the Privacy Policy.

The agency is responsible for having a legal basis for the personal data it records and for informing data subjects. The system offers recorded consent and one-click unsubscribe for e-mail communications.

The owner can export a full copy of the data at any time, including during the read-only period and while locked.

7. Hours are not a time clock

Hour logging in Virio Agency is effort recorded per activity, used for cost, contract usage and profitability. It does not record clock-in and clock-out, working day, breaks, daily target, hour bank or overtime, and does not replace the working-time control required by labor law. The agency is responsible for its own working-time control where required.

8. Client acceptance and approval online

Accepting a proposal or contract, approving artwork, approving minutes and authorizing an estimate or media plan by link are simple electronic signatures (Brazilian Law 14.063/2020, art. 4, I, and MP 2.200-2/2001, art. 10, § 2). Each decision records name, e-mail, date and time, IP, browser and the document's SHA-256 hash, and cannot be changed afterwards.

For documents that need stronger validity, the agency can connect its own Assinafy account; Assinafy's terms then also apply, and the plan and limits are those of the agency's account.

9. Availability and backups

We work to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or provider failures. The database has daily provider backups. We recommend exporting your data regularly.

10. Intellectual property

The software, the Virio brand and the service materials belong to Latitude Zero Studios. You receive a non-transferable license of use for the agency while the workspace is active. The agency's content remains the agency's.

11. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the agency in the 12 months before the event. Nothing here limits rights the law does not allow to be limited.

12. Termination and deletion

The owner can delete the workspace at any time. Deletion immediately erases the workspace data, including documents, evidence and files; only the audit records remain, for the period in the Privacy Policy. Export first whatever you want to keep.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The update date is at the top of the page. Relevant changes are announced in the system with reasonable notice.

14. Law and venue

These Terms follow Brazilian law. The courts of Curitiba/PR, Brazil, are chosen, unless the law determines otherwise.
